Photo is a composite of original Burgert Brothers photo of the S.H. Kress Building dated 4/10/1930 and a current image (3 image vertorama). The Kress Building has been unoccupied since the company went out of business in 1980.

    My sister worked at Kress
    at the record counter and met her husband-to-be here. As a kid I loved to shop for toys. This was my favourite dime store.–many fond memories.
